libdbd-sqlite software package provides SQLite database driver for libdbi, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-sqlite
libdbd-sqlite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-sqlite *
You will get with libdbd-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
